Your mediocre brand is costing you revenue.

Momentum by Atla:a strategic brand system for companies that are better than they look. We close that gap, so demand comes to you and price stops being the argument.

Does this sound like you?

  • 01

You lost a deal to a competitor with a worse product.

  • 02

You discount to close, every time.

  • 03

You hired a designer and got files, not a brand.

  • 04

Your ads work until someone lands on the site.

  • 05

Your site, your deck, and your packaging look like three companies.

  • You want a brand people are obsessed with.

What Momentum is

A complete brand system that raises what your company is worth.

What you stand for, how you sound, how you look. You finish with a position you can defend, and a brand you are proud to put in front of anyone.

Strategy.

Your positioning, the audience you are actually for, and the argument your brand has to make.

Identity.

The logo suite, color, type, art direction, and the language the brand uses to talk about itself.

The playbook.

Written down and handed to your team, so what is on brand stops being a matter of opinion.

Project Deliverables:

  1. 01

Brand Strategy & Positioning — why buyers pick you, settled before anything gets designed

  2. 02

Visual Identity System — logo, color, type, and the art direction that makes you recognizable at a glance

  3. 03

Brand Launch KitComplete — mockups, content, templates: the launch looks like an event, not an update

  4. 04

Creative Territories — distinct directions to choose from: you decide what the brand becomes

  5. 05

Brand Book — the rules your team runs on: your next hire ships on-brand from day one

  6. 06

Verbal IdentityComplete — one voice everywhere the brand speaks, from homepage to sales deck

  7. 07

Packaging designComplete — shelf presence that sells before anyone reads the back

  8. 08

Photoshoot art directionComplete — imagery directed so your photos could not belong to anyone else

  9. 09

Pitch deck for investors or partnersComplete — the same brand argument in the room where money gets decided

  10. 10

Signage, uniforms, and all printable assets — the brand looks the same in person as it does on screen

Everything unmarked is in the core build. The items marked Complete ship in the larger build. We scope which one you need on the call.

How it works

We take two Momentum engagements per quarter.

We only take two because the team is built to focus completely on each one.

  1. 01

    You answer four questions below.

  2. 02

Your answers are read on the spot. If it is a fit, the calendar opens right there and you book a Brand Analysis Call. Thirty minutes with me, where we look at where your brand sits in your category, what it is costing you right now, and the exact scope and investment it would take to move it.

  3. 03

I read every one myself before we get on the call.

  4. 04

If it is not a fit, I tell you right there, and point you at what would actually help.

Our guarantee

You sign off on every phase before the next one starts.

Strategy comes first, and nothing gets designed until you approve it. Every phase carries two rounds of revision. If we miss, we rework it and you do not pay for the rework.

Questions

What does this cost?

It depends on how much of the system you need built. We scope it together on the call, once I understand the company. I do not quote before that.

Do you do the strategy and messaging, or just the visuals?

Strategy first, always. Positioning and messaging get set before anything is designed, because designing on top of an unclear position is how companies end up looking good and saying nothing.

Who actually does the work?

I direct every engagement myself, start to finish. You also get an art director, a brand designer, and a project manager, which is how a system this size ships in 90 days. Two a quarter is the limit, so I am never spread thin across them.

What if I don't like the direction?

You never get that far without approving it. You choose from distinct creative territories before we build anything, then you sign off on each phase. Each phase carries two rounds of revision at no cost.

How much of my time does this take?

A few hours per phase, in structured sign-offs. You make the decisions. We do the work.

Who keeps it consistent after you are gone?

Your team, using the playbook. It says what is on brand and what is not, so your next hire does not get to guess.

What happens after I answer the questions?

Your answers are read on the spot. If it is a fit, you book the Brand Analysis Call right there. If both openings for the quarter are taken, you stay on the list and I come to you first when the next one frees up. If it is not a fit, I tell you, and point you at what would actually help.

Two openings a quarter. Both directed by me.

If a raise, an opening, or an expansion is on your calendar, we work back from that date.
